CyberArk Password Vault Web Access is a Web front end that allows end users to access their privileged accounts and also allows to establish secured sessions by connecting to the privileged session manager.

  1. Install .Net 4.8 on the Windows Server where PVWA will be installed.

    .NET is a pre-requisite therefore important to install it prior to installing the PVWA software.CyberArk Vault - .Net 4.8 Requirement

  2. Run the Pre-Requisites Script for PVWA

    This script will install the pre-requisites needed for installing the PVWA. (It will not install .Net 4.8)

  3. Run the PVWA Install Script

    Tweak the configuration file and run the PVWA install script.

  4. Test the installation

    Once the installation is completed, navigate to the PVWA address followed by /PasswordVault and test the web portal.
